I’m new here. Will there be a video for the Soil Bible study too? Like there was for Trees.
Hi Nancy, staff here. Thanks for your question. You can find the video supplement for the second session, “Soil” here: https://www.gathermagazine.org/october-2022-video-supplement-to-jesus-and-nature-soil/
Thank you. My circle at Bethlehem Lutheran in Mankato, MN uses the Bible Study videos every month. They add a lot to our discussions.
That was a beautiful and very moving video.
Than you.
Thank you for this uplifting video. Loved the backdrop of zinnias and the misplaced tomato! We will enjoy this study I’m sure.
It’s ironic that I stumbled upon this. As I was driving home from school this afternoon, I thought about my students who think this area is the most boring place in the world. As the breeze whipped in my face from my open car window, I thought about how I was taught to love the land, to love a beautiful sunny day, and to love a rainy day giving a drink to the soil. You don’t learn these things stuck inside watching YouTube videos or watching video games.
This is such a beautiful and vital message right now. It reminds me of the wonderful experiences I grew up with camping and visiting all around our wonderful country.
It also makes me think about how we need to protect this wonderful world that God has given us.
Beautifully done in your backyard garden area! Thank you for this great additional video resource for the study this fall. God bless!
Loved your message! Having lived on a farm in central North Dakota my entire life, I have always loved the outdoors. I worked in our fields, our yard, and our garden both as a youth with my parents and sibling and as a wife, with my husband. Wouldn’t trade that for anything as it was a good life taking care of and enjoying God’s wonderful creation. This is a great Bible Study!
{stumbled on yo u when I had finished talking to my son in Maine,Portland. Thanks for your uplifting message. I contacting you from Aptos, California. May you be able to connect to more people with your lovely message! Good Wishes! Marjorie Albright
